At Butte in said District this 17th day of October, 2005.
After due notice, a hearing was held on September 13, 2005, on the Involuntary Chapter 7 Petition to adjudicate St. Marie Development Corporation (“SMDC”) a Chapter 7 debtor pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303(b). The petition was filed by R.W. Dunseth (“Dunseth”), Glacier Trail Management Service (“GTMS”) by Marv W.
