The declaration consists of four counts. The allegation of negligence in the first is, that the defendant directed, ordered and required the plaintiff to work in an unsafe and dangerous place. The negligence averred in the second count is that the defendant ordered the plaintiff to perform labor upon a certain washing machine, and negligently failed to provide reasonably safe appliances for the plaintiff with which to do the work.
