The plaintiff, Mrs. Lumis, at the time of the happening of the accident in question, was pushing a baby carriage with a little child in it, in an effort to cross Market street from north to south on the west crossing of 34th street. There were two tracks of the defendant’s road, one on the north carrying west bound passengers, and the other, on the south carrying east bound travelers.
