Appeal from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court (Teresi, J.), entered February 25, 2003 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to RPTL article 7, to reduce tax assessments for the years 1997 and 1998 on certain real property owned by petitioner.
