¶ 1. Timmy Prentice filed a petition to controvert with the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission (Commission). His employer, Schindler Elevator Company (Schindler), and its insurance carrier, Zurich American Insurance Company (Zurich), filed a motion to dismiss based on the statute of limitations.
