Kairos Peachtree Associates, LLC, formerly known as RCI Peach-tree Associates, appeals the grant of Constantin Papadopoulos’s motion to set aside a default judgment entered against him as a discovery sanction. Because we find that the trial court abused its discretion in doing so, we must reverse the grant of the motion to set aside and remand the case to the trial court with direction to reinstate the default judgment against Papadopoulos.
