Sue Ellen Moncrief appeals pro se from the District Court’s dismissal of her complaint. For the reasons that follow, we will affirm.
I. Background
Moncrief and Kareem Al-Amin acquired the deed to a home from Americorp Builders on September 12,1998. Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”), the trustee, filed a mortgage foreclosure action against Moncrief and Al-Amin on November 2, 2002, in the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas.
