¶ 1. Thomas G. Bittick and Stacy Elizabeth Bittick were married in 1997. They had one child together. Thomas and Stacy received an irreconcilable differences divorce in August 2004. The decree granting their divorce contained a property settlement agreement and custody agreement. The custody agreement granted joint legal custody to both Thomas and Stacy, but primary physical custody to Stacy.
