Dissenting Opinion

Royse, P. J.

For the reasons stated in my concurring opinion in the case of United States Steel Corporation v. Douglas (1955), 125 Ind. App. 212, 123 N. E. 2d 899, 909, I believe this appeal should be dismissed for failure to comply with the provisions of Rule 26 of the Industrial Board of Indiana. I express no opinion on the questions upon which the majority have decided this case.

Note.—Reported in 126 N. E. 2d 267.
