In this case, plaintiff Delta Sigma Theta Sorority (hereinafter “Delta”) alleges that LaMith Designs, Inc. is infringing its trade marks and service marks 1 by offering for sale without authorization merchandise bearing Delta’s well-known insignias. Currently before the Court is plaintiffs motion for default judgment, the defendant’s motion to vacate the Clerk’s entry of default, as well as the defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.
