—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Giaccio, J.), rendered June 4, 1991, convicting him of grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, without a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress certain physical evidence seized from his person.
