The petitioner, William Allen, seeks naturalization under the provisions of the Act of February 25th, 1927 (infra). He alleges that he was born at Estate Christiana, Jamaica, B.W.I., on the 25th day of August, 1865, and that he emigrated to the United States, from Basseterre, St. Kitts, British West Indies, on or about the 31st day of May, 1920, and arrived at the port of Frederiksted, this island, on the 1st day of June, .1920, on the steamship- Guiana.
