OPINION AND ORDER

On June 7, 2011, the Supreme Court of Ohio suspended Robert N. Trainor, KBA Member No. 71335, for twenty-four months, with the last eighteen months to be probated subject to certain conditions. Thereafter, the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) recommended that this Court impose the same punishment, and on February 23, 2012, we ordered Respondent to show cause why he should not receive reciprocal discipline pursuant to SCR 3.435(4).
