MORROW, Presiding Judge.
The offense is murder; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of ninety-nine years.
The conviction is for the murder of Razz Bray, a man about forty-four years of age, who was partly paralyzed, and lived alone in a two-room house.
On Sunday night, September 20, 1931, Bray was visited by his sister, who left him alive and well at 8:30 o’clock in the evening. At some time during the night and prior to 6:30 o’clock the following morning, the house occupied by Bray was destroyed by fire, and the charred body of Bray was found near the fireplace.…
