Terry Hunt appeals his convictions and sentences for attempted murder and willful injury as a habitual offender. He claims the district court erred in (1) finding him competent to stand trial, (2) failing to grant a mistrial during the State’s voir dire of the jury, (3) failing to grant a mistrial after one of the State’s witnesses violated the court’s ruling on a motion in limine, (4) admitting cumulative photographs of the victim’s injuries, and (5) instructing the jury regarding an element of attempted murder.
