This cause arises from an *740automobile accident which occurred on August 24, 1964, in Jackson County, Michigan. Plaintiff, alleging negligence and willful and wanton misconduct on the part of defendants, instituted this action seeking a recovery for personal injuries sustained as a result of said accident. A jury returned a verdict of no cause of action in favor of the defendants and judgment was entered accordingly. Plaintiff filed a motion for new trial which motion was denied by the trial court. This appeal follows as a matter of right.
