| T A twelve-person jury unanimously found Lester Jones guilty of the offense of distribution of cocaine, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967 A(l). He was sentenced as an habitual offender to fifteen years at hard labor. Mr. Jones argues 1 on appeal that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the conviction and that the trial court erred in refusing to declare a mistrial on account of improper closing argument by the prosecutor.
