Per Curiam,

The above-named defendant on July 6, 1951, filed a petition to quash proceedings at the above-captioned information number, and a rule was granted on the district attorney to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be allowed, and an answer to the petition was duly filed.

Numerous reasons are listed in the petition and the pertinent ones for the disposition of the rule now before us might be digested as follows:
