Gordon Fitzpatrick claims that the Defendants, Teleflex, Inc., and Teleflex Canada, wrongfully terminated his distributorship/franchise. Mr. Fitzpatrick originally brought a seven-count complaint. The Court previously dismissed Counts III, V, and VII (breach of the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing, fraud, and recoupment).
