Appellant prosecutes this appeal to reverse a judgment of the Appellate Court affirming a judgment of the superior court of Cook county against it, in favor of Peter O’Neill, appellee, for an injury to his person, the damages being assessed at $5000.

The declaration avers that plaintiff was in the employ of the defendant, Swift & Co., in an apartment of their packing plant used for smoking meats, and that he was injured by reason of the failure of the defendant to furnish suitable and proper lights in said apartment.
