YATES, Judge.

G. Frank Smyth, Elizabeth W. Smyth, and P & T Investments, Inc., jointly owned certain real property in Baldwin County. In April 1993, the Smyths sued P & T and numerous other defendants, who, as judgment creditors, claimed some right in the undivided interest in the property owned by P & T. The Smyths asked the trial court to order that the property be sold and the proceeds distributed. The trial court ordered the sale of the property; the Smyths received approximately one-half of the proceeds and the court held the remaining proceeds to determine whether AmSouth Bank, N.A., or…
