MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the court on Defendant’s Motion to Stay Proceedings and Compel Arbitration, filed December 14, 1990 and Defendant’s Amended Motion to Stay Proceedings and Compel Arbitration, filed January 3, 1991. Pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 4, Defendant requests the court to compel the Plaintiff to arbitrate all disputes between the parties arising from or related to the Specific Excess Liability Reinsurance Agreement No. G-61458 (“the Agreement”, Defendant’s Exhibit A).
