This case comes before the Court on a complaint to determine dischargeability of a debt.
On October 16, 1981, plaintiff-creditor, REL Commercial Corporation (“REL”) commenced an action against both Amis Drug Co. of 40th Ave., Inc. (“Amis”) and its president, Howard Materetsky (“Materetsky”), who is a personal guarantor of monies owed by Amis to REL.
