The Court referred this matter to United States Magistrate Judge James Gallas for pretrial discovery supervision. (Doc. No. 59.) The Magistrate Judge granted plaintiffs’ motion to compel production of certain documents and denied defendants’ motion for a protective order of certain documents related to Defendant United Steel Workers of America, AFL-CIO’s organizing strategy.
