BOOTH, Judge.

This cause is before us on appeal from a final judgment awarding plaintiff $36,-941.88 in principal and interest arising out of a breach in a financial agreement. We affirm.

Appellant Charles R. Couch, Jr. signed two personal guaranties in favor of appel-lee Borg-Warner Acceptance Corporation to support the inventory security agreement which financed the inventory of appellant’s electronics store, Couch’s, Inc.
