WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge.

Jeremy Hagenow filed a motion to suppress evidence, including several firearms, seized during a search of his home. The district court ruled that in light of the Supreme Court’s decision in United States v. Knights, 534 U.S. 112, 122 S.Ct. 587, 151 L.Ed.2d 497 (2001), officers needed only reasonable suspicion that Hagenow was engaged in criminal activity in order to conduct the search because he had signed a waiver of his search and seizure rights, while on probation.
