DUBOFSKY, Justice.

The People appeal an order of the district court dismissing an information charging the defendant, Clifford W. Johnson, with felony theft, section 18-4-401, C.R.S.1973 (now in 1978 Repl.Vol. 8). The trial court dismissed the information at the conclusion of the preliminary hearing because it found probable cause that the defendant committed the crime of theft had not been established. We reverse.
