Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Delin, J.), rendered June 9, 1989, convicting him of attempted murder in the first degree (three counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and assault in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
