On June 5th, 1910, Susan E. Smith, of Bayonne, in this state, duly made her last will and testament. She bequeathed *673to each of the children of her deceased husband, William H. Smith, $500 and devised to them a dwelling-house in Bayonne. The will states that the motive which prompted these bequests and the devise of the dwelling-house was that the house and much of the personal property accumulated by the testatrix had come from her deceased husband and his deceased daughter.
