This is an action by the plaintiff to recover $4,000 on" a benefit certificate, No. 372947, issued to William H. Tinker, in which Genia Tinker was named beneficiary. The material facts necessary to be considered may be summarized as follows :
The Modern Brotherhood of America is a fraternal beneficiary society organized and incorporated under the laws of the state of Iowa.
