STONE, Judge.

In this jury-tried action to rescind the contract of sale by which plaintiff purchased a used 1953 Packard automobile from defendant on July 31, 1953, plaintiff sought to recover “the trade-in value” of $213 for an old Chevrolet, the five monthly installments aggregating $528 paid by plaintiff on the note given for the remainder of the sale price of the Packard (hereinafter referred to as the note), and minor items aggregating $45.42 incident to repairs on the Packard.
