This was an action to foreclose a real-estate mortgage. The defendant, who had bought the property subject to the mortgage, had made all the payments specifically provided for by the mortgage. The plaintiff refused to release the lien on the ground that the provisions for payment stated in the mortgage were in error and that the defendant was liable for additional payments called for by the note referred to in general terms in the mortgage.
