The plaintiff conducted a gasoline filling station and an automobile repair shop in a building owned by him, located upon the corner of Main Street and Harrison Avenue in Buzzards Bay, which was supplied with gas Toy the defendant by means of a service pipe which ran from the *246gas main in Harrison Avenue to the plaintiff’s building.
