KERN, Associate Judge:
Following a jury trial, appellant was convicted of armed robbery and felony murder arising out of the shooting death of John McCormick on July 26, 1978. D.C.Code 1981, §§ 22-2901, -2401 and -3202. 1 On appeal, appellant raises several issues seeking reversal of his conviction. Upon review of appellant’s contentions, we find them unpersuasive and, therefore, affirm his con viction and sentence of 20 years to life on the felony murder count.
