On January 16, 2015, after years of litigation between the government and defen*65dant Pace Chesir over a default judgment arising from his unpaid tax liabilities, the Court, upon the representation that Chesir had fully satisfied a settlement with the government and that no party objected, entered vacatur of its prior order approving the foreclosure sale of Chesir’s home to would-be purchaser Hyman Chabbott.
