I. Background

This case comes before the Court to address the objection to confirmation of Debtors’ proposed Chapter 13 plan raised by creditors Wardcon, Inc., and Wesley and Jody Smith (collectively “Creditors”) (Docket Nos. 19 and 30). 1 Other pending motions must be resolved as well. Several days of testimony and evidence were adduced at a consolidated hearing, concluding on April 12, 2001.
