The court erred in rejecting proof of the declarations of the testator made to the nominated executor of his will, at the time testator delivered this instrument to him with instructions to file the same with the ordinary, to the effect that the testator wanted what was due him by each of his children deducted from what was coming to such child under his will. This declaration of testator was admissible to show that the debts due by his children to him had been changed from debts to advance*8ments.
