This is a suit by plaintiffs as the owners of a trade school operated in New York City to recover tuition for instruction furnished veterans pursuant to a series of contracts with the-Veterans Administration.1 Under these contracts plaintiffs5' school furnished education and training to eligible veterans, under the Servicemen’s Readjustment Act of 1944, 58 Stat. 287, 38 U.
