*592N.R. appeals the judgment entered after the juvenile court lifted a deferred entry of judgment (DEJ), sustained a delinquency petition against him, declared him a ward of the court, and terminated jurisdiction. ( Welf. & Inst. Code,1 §§ 602, 793, subd. (a).) Appellant contends the court abused its discretion in lifting DEJ based on appellant's decision to discontinue his high school education. He alternatively contends the court abused its discretion in refusing to dismiss the delinquency petition and order that his records be sealed under either section 793 or section 786.
