In this action below Frank Wright filed his complaint against the appellants Fred C. Bayh, Bernard F. Bayh, John A. Bayh, Andrew Zeigler and Birch Bayh upon a promissory note, also making the Van Camp Hardware and Iron Company a defendant and alleging that Fred C. Bayh and Bernard F.
