HARLAN, C. J.—

The auditor’s account in this case was filed on July 29th, 1904, and in the report accompanying the same will be found the following:

“The receivers are charged with the amount of their sales as per their report. The fund thus coming into the hands of the receivers arises from the proceeds of sale of the deposit made by the defendant corporation, with the State Insurance Commissioner ‘as a guarantee for the payment of policies of insurance issued by said’ defendant corporation (Art. 28, Sec. 128, Public General Laws of Maryland, Acts 1894, Chapter 256).
