THOMAS, Justice.

The bill sought subrogation for taxes paid on lands specifically described therein.

It is averred, “That in 1931 Chas. Schuessler & Sons was a partnership composed of Chas. Schuessler, Carl Schuessler, Rea Schuessler and Lewis Schuessler and the said Chas.
