The above-entitled cause is a coneursus brought at the instance of plaintiff, under the provisions of Act 167 of 1912, as amended by Act 221 of 1914.

Plaintiff had entered into a written contract with J. Y. Wilkinson, whereby the latter bound himself to provide all the materials and to perform all the work for the construction of a two-story frame residence, walks, fences, etc., on the property of said plaintiff, in the city of Shreveport.
