OPINION REGARDING CLAIM NUMBER 3059 INCLUDING WALDINGER CORP.’S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

I. INTRODUCTION
Waldinger Corporation (“Waldinger”) asserts a secured claim against WorldCom, Inc. (the “Debtors” or “WorldCom”) for $371,362 plus interest and attorneys’ fees, secured by a construction lien under Nebraska law. The Debtors dispute that the claim is secured and additionally dispute the basis of the claim.
