TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.
The appellant, Andrew William Jones, was convicted of murder made capital because the murder occurred during the course of a robbery, see § 13A-5-40(a)(2), Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole.
The state’s evidence tended to show that the body of LaKiesha Dothard was found in her apartment on October 12, 1993. Dr. Robert Brissie, chief coroner and medical examiner for Jefferson County, testified that the victim died from loss of blood resulting from multiple stab wounds.
