Affirming.

Ruby Mae Shumate, appellee employee, obtained judgment in Jefferson Circuit Court against Wood-Mosaic Company, appellant employer, for total and permanent disability benefits provided under the Workmen’s Compensation Law. The employer now appeals.

In rendering its judgment for these benefits, the trial court reversed a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board which had previously awarded total and permanent disability compensation only to the extent of 50% of the full amount provided by statute, the Board having made a finding of fact to the…
