Ardell MacGregor was denied benefits on grounds that he voluntarily terminated his employment with Kaiser Aluminum without cause of a necessitous and compelling reason. Section 402(b)(1) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment' Compensation Law, Act of *5December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897, 43 P.S. §802(b)(l).1 He appeals; we affirm.
