Appellant, Douglas Alphonso Cutchin, Jr., was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County of manslaughter by motor vehicle, homicide while driving intoxi cated, homicide while driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while intoxicated, driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, failure to return to the scene of an accident, and failure to render assistance.
