This matter is pending for consideration of Defendant/Movant Lazelle Maxwell’s motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. [Record No. 244] Consistent with local practice, the motion was referred to United States Magistrate Judge Robert E. Wier for consideration under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B).
