Error from Superior Court, Muskogee County; H. C. Thurman, Judge. Suit by the Continental Supply Company against George W. McClain and Dave Anderson, copartners doing business under the firm name and style of Eureka Drilling Company. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendants bring error.

This suit was instituted in the superior court of Muskogee county, Okla., by defendant in error, plaintiff 'below, against plaintiffs in error, defendants below, on five separate causes of action, first upon an'account, then upon four promissory notes for $1,000 each, dated February 10, 1915, due in 30, 60, and 90 days, and 4 months, respectively, from date. One of said notes is as follows:

“$1,000.00 .Muskogee, Okla., Feb. 19, 1915.
“Thirty days after date, for value received, we promise to pay to the order of the Continental Supply Co., Third National Bank Building, St.…
